Membership Terms for Health Coaches Asia Community:
Eligibility: Membership is open to all individuals who are interested in the field of health and wellness coaching.
Fees: The monthly membership fee for the Health Coaches Asia Community is USD7. This fee covers a one-month membership period from the date of registration.
Payment Method: The membership fee can be paid securely online through the community's website. Accepted payment methods include credit cards.
Duration: The initial membership period for the Health Coaches Asia Community shall be one (1) month from the date of registration. During this period, members will have full access to all community resources, discussions, and benefits.
Renewal: At the end of each membership period, members will have the option to renew their membership for an additional month by paying the applicable renewal fee. The renewal fee may be subject to change, and members will be informed of any updates prior to renewal.

Comply with laws and regulations: Members must comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to privacy, data protection, and intellectual property.
Maintain professional standards: Members must maintain professional standards in all their dealings with other members, including in their communications, behavior, and representation of their qualifications and experience.

Grounds for Termination:
Violation of code of ethics: If a member violates the code of ethics or engages in unethical or unprofessional conduct, their membership may be terminated.
Non-payment of fees: If a member fails to pay their membership fee, their membership may be terminated.
Misrepresentation of qualifications or experience: If a member provides false or misleading information about their qualifications or experience, their membership may be terminated.
Harm to other members: If a member causes harm to other members, such as by engaging in bullying, harassment, or discrimination, their membership may be terminated.
Legal violations: If a member violates any laws or regulations, their membership may be terminated.
Resignation: A member may choose to resign their membership at any time by providing written notice to the Health Coach Community.
The Health Coach Community reserves the right to terminate a membership at its discretion, in accordance with these terms and conditions. In the event of termination, the member may be ineligible for a refund of any fees paid.
