Health Coach comprises a team of certified health coaches that includes medical doctors, nutritionists, physical trainers, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, registered nurses and more. We provide health and life coaching, using evidence based approaches like Motivational Interviewing, Appreciative Inquiry, Nonviolent Communication and Neurolinguistic Programming, to drive real and lasting behavioural change in individuals.

Jessica See is the founder of Health Coach international Pte Ltd. She is a Certified Professional Trainer and Certified Professional Coach, IPMA UK; Certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming practitioner, NFNLP USA, Lifestyle Medicine Professional and Certified Neuro-Semantics practitioner, ISNS. She is also a Stress Consultant - Corporate and Professional, Stonebridge UK, and has a Diploma in Psychology.
SMOKING CESSATION CONSULTANT, CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL TRAINER & COACH PATRICK YC LIM
Lim Yew Cheh, known professionally as Patrick YC Lim, is a multifaceted and accomplished professional with a wealth of experience in the fields of organizational psychology, human resources, health coaching, training, and assessment. With dual qualifications in both Malaysia and Singapore, Patrick has a unique and comprehensive understanding of cross-cultural professional environments. His diverse educational background includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Organization Psychology and Human Resource from SHRI, Singapore, and a Diploma in Adult Continuing Education from IAL, Singapore. These foundational qualifications provide him with the knowledge and expertise to navigate complex human dynamics in the workplace.
